Nunaka Valley Elementary is a neighborhood school located in northeast Anchorage, nestled between Russian Jack Park and Nunaka Valley Park.

The school provides an early intervention site for preschool children with developmental disabilities. The preK-5 educational program has an emphasis on academic achievement, cooperation and social-emotional learning. We strive to build partnerships with families to increase the developmental resources of our students and support each student’s goal of reaching his or her potential.

Our school helps students succeed through quality staff, parent involvement and community partnerships.
