Welcome to Susitna Elementary Open Optional Program's lottery application. On this page you will find instructions to get you started.

Susitna Optional is a small “school within a school” of approximately 140 students in a supportive and nurturing environment where differences are encouraged and appreciated. We are a community of parents, teachers, and students working together to achieve an ethic of excellence. We are a caring community of critical thinkers who engage in project-based learning and community projects. Social and emotional learning skills are reinforced throughout the curriculum.

Program tours are scheduled for specific dates during the school year. Please contact our school at 907-742-1400 to schedule a tour time and date.
