East High School is a comprehensive high school serving a diverse community of 2,200 students in grades 9-12. The faculty is dedicated to providing an environment where students will learn and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, attitudes and ethics necessary to become successful members of society. East offers a variety of educational opportunities that meet the requirements of the Anchorage School District.
