Welcome to Bartlett High School, Cook Inlet Tribal Council Program's lottery application. On this page you will find instructions to get you started.

Cook Inlet Tribal Council supports Alaskan Native & American Indian students work toward graduation and postsecondary success. Our program is a School Within a School, "Home Base" to many, and a place where you are welcome, supported and appreciated. Our classes are ideal for students who are working toward graduation and enjoy the benefits from the support of a culturally rich Native learning environment, while still participating in the many activities of a large public high school. CITC at Bartlett offers a Highly Quailified professional staff hired by CITC to teach within the Anchorage School District.
